Every hiring manager has a hot button. Identify-
ing that button is essential before you speak. If you
answer any question before this button is identifed,
you are shooting in the dark and can get yourself in trouble every time.
Most phone interviews are lost when the applicant opens his or her
mouth. If you are speaking, chances are you are eliminating yourself
from the process.
That is unless you are speaking specifcally to achieve two objectives:
1- You are using words as building blocks to lead you to the appointment
2- Your are using words to assure the hiring manger that you are the best
