Territory Manager

Mission:

To connect with employers within the assigned territory to participate in the Employer Impact (EI) program and ensure each territory is achieving the NEC mission. The EI program highlights employers social responsibility efforts within each community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Find and establish contacts with employers in each city within the territory
  • Locate sources to identify employers with open positions and register employers to interview GBTWN graduates
  • Organize information collected and enter into client management software
  • Promote the Employer Impact program
  • Manage account manager's efforts within assigned territories
  • Work with career coach on territory placement rating

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Demeanor that is calm, composed and committed
  • Possesses the ability to present effectively
  • Strong customer service background
  • Enjoys interacting with people
