Career Coach

Mission:

To coach NEC members and elevated cases from the Get Back to Work Now (GBTWN) classes until placement is achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct the GBTWN sessions Conduct weekly career coaching sessions
• Follow the NEC system to guide participants in securing employment
• Assist job search assistants with elevated cases
• Monitor assigned class placement rating
• Help account manager in promoting classes with established resources
  
  

Requirements

• Must be well written
• Strong communication skills with a desire to achieve results
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Strong follow up skills
• Patient and dynamic presenter
• Strong customer service background
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Has completed the NEC training program
• Has completed the job search assistant volunteer program
• BA Preferred
