as what they get when they hire you. Companies fear to hire someone who
interviews well but lacks the qualities they need. Therefore, they choose
from a list of questions to determine your authenticity.
Companies want to know:
• How well do you work in a team environment? Do you get along with
others? How successful can you be in infuencing other co-workers, working
with managers, resolving confict and coping with diffcult situations?
• How do you cope with stress and disappointment? Do you work well
under pressure? How do you handle missed deadlines, being criticized, or
deal with demanding customers?
• Do you really possess the skills you claim to perform at this job?
• Are you a self-starter? A strong follower with leadership qualities?
• Do you take the initiative to solve problems and get things done, or
does your work have to be continuously checked?
